1 fryer, cut up
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. uncooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. hot chicken broth
1 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper and paprika. Brown rice and onion in butter. Spread rice
mixture in 13" x 9" x 2" buttered baking dish. Add hot broth and celery salt. Place chicken on top. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
