1 bag coleslaw mix 4 green onions, sliced 1 package Ramen Noodles uncooked (I use oriental) 3/4 c. slivered toasted almonds 3/4 c. sunflower seeds Dressing: 1/2 cup oil 4 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
Mix the dressing and toss with the coleslaw mix and green onion. Refrigerate a few hours. Approximately 10 minutes before serving, add the slivered almonds, sunflower seeds and uncooked noodles. Toss and serve.
