15 ripe tomatoes.
1 onion (chopped)
2 red peppers (chopped)
2 green peppers (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 jalapeņo pepper (chopped)
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tsp. pickling salt
1 large can tomato paste

Blanch tomatoes and remove skins. Place in a large pot and add rest of ingredients cook for one hour. Then store in the proper canning jars. Or eat.

We had a 120 tomato plants so this was a great recipes to use up some of the tomatoes. Great as a pizza sauce or with chips. Can also use with sour cream cream cheese mixture then top with salsa and shredded cheese.
