2 Sticks Butter

3 C. Sugar

6 Eggs

1 C. Sour Cream

3 C. Flour

1/4 tsp soda

1 tsp lemon flavoring

Smooth and Creamy Frosting:

1 Pkg Intant Vanilla pudding

1/4 C. Powdered Sugar

1 C. Cold Milk

8 oz. Cool Whip

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.


Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk. Beat slowly with mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in softened Cool Whip,. Spead on cake at once. Store cake in refrigerator
