1 c. sugar
1 c. miracle whip
1 c. water
4 tsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, and cocoa; set aside. Cream Miracle Whip with sugar. Beat in vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture and water to sugar mixture. Spread batter in greased and floured cake pan. Bake in 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
Boil 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, milk and butter for 1 minute. Add a cup of miniature marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Spread on top of cooled cake.
