1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients. Fold in rhubarb. Add topping of 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 350 for 50 minutes.
