2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 13x9 pan.
Whisk together flour soda and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in bananas.
Add flour mixture alternating with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 30- 40 minutes (don't overbake,check with toothpick).
After cooling, frost with chocolate or cream cheese frosting.
