1 can pumpkin (15 ounces)
1 can (15 ounces) white navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) chicken broth
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp diced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until very very smooth.

Transfer to a heavy saucepan and heat over medium heat to serving temperature.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds
