2 Jazz apples, diced 2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 onion, diced 1 green Pepper, diced 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 packets of Splenda or 1 Tbsp of granulated Splenda 1 green chili pepper, chopped fine
Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and chill overnight. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
