1 box of corn muffin mix
1 cup flour
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 medium zucchini (shredded)
1 pkg. turkey Italian sausage
1 can pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pepper
Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown the sausage, onion and peppers. Drain and set aside.Mix corn muffin mix, flour,egg,milk and zucchini together till well mixed and spread on a baking sheet. At least 9x12 size or a small cookie sheet. Bake at 350 till light brown.Spread crust with pizza sauce, sausage mixture, and cheeses. Bake until done 350F 20-30 min.
