Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup oil 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
Topping 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts (any variety) 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease a bundt pan, but do not flour.
Mix all cake ingredients together in a bowl and beat for 8 minutes. While cake is beating, mix all topping ingredients together.
In the cake pan put 1/3 of the topping, then 1/3 of the cake batter. Repeat for three layers. Swirl with a butter knife to distribute the topping in the cake. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Notes: Optionally you can glaze the cake with 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. of milk. I always left this step out.
