(1) box bowtie noodles
(1) head cabbage
(1) onion
1/4 c. butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and cook noodles until tender. Drain and set aside. While noodles are cooking, chop onion and cut cabbage into 1 in. pieces. Saute cabbage and onion in margarine/butter, cook until tender. Add to noodles and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.

I enjoy eating this dish with polish sausage, deer sausage or kielbasa. Very simple to double or triple this recipe.
