1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted in bottom of baking pan
Directions:
Directions:
Place Bisquick, salt, paprika and pepper in bag. Place chicken pieces in bag and shake. Place skin down in pan in which butter has been melted. Bake in 400º oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake 30 minutes.
