2 lb. hamburger
2 cans mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 qt. tomatoes
1 bunch celery, sliced thinly or pulverized in blender
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 chicken bouillon
1 green pepper, slice thinly or pulverized in blender
2 qts. tomatoes
1/2 c. sugar
To taste:
Red pepper
Romano cheese

Brown meat and mushrooms. Add paste, sauce and tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle Romano Cheese as desired over sauce.
