1/2 C sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
1 Tbls onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp cayenne
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbls garlic
1 tbls paprika
1 tbls cumin
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbls thyme

Combine all ingredients, mix well and store in an airtight container.
