For the cake:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup solid packed pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

For the filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake on greased waxpaper on a cookie sheet about 15 minutes at 375. Turn upside down on another piece of waxpaper. Remove old waxpaper. Roll up cake with paper inside cake as you roll. Cool about 45 minutes (may be put in the freezer for about 20 minutes to cool faster).
Mix filling ingredients together. Unroll cake and spread filling. then roll cake back up. Cake can be frozen. Must be kept in the refrigerator. Slice and serve.
