1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
4 cans chicken broth (or more as desired)
2-3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1-2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 pkg. dried cheese and spinach tortellini

Saute onion and garlic and set aside. If you use garlic powder, add later.

Brown sausage well; drain on paper towels.

Combine all ingredients except tortellini in crock pot.

Cook on low all day or overnight. Add dry tortellini to crock-pot approximately 1 hour before serving.
