1 whole trimmed beef brisket
2 T Montreal or Canadian dry rub
¼ C liquid smoke
2 T Worcestershire sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Put a large piece of aluminum foil in baking pan and sprinkle with ½ of the last three ingredients. Set brisket on foil and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Wrap tightly with a top foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 8-9 hours. Let cool and thin slice across the grain. Save juice for reheating. May be reheated with reserved sauce. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
