1 c. sour milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. rhubarb
Top:
2 tsp. butter
Brown sugar
Nuts
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together. Add egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Add nuts and rhubarb. Mix butter, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle on loaves. Bake in 350 for 40-50 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
