2 1/2c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Combine eggs, milk and shortening; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gently fold into batter.
