3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg, milk and butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened, batter will be lumpy.
