2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 3 ingredients together, cut in butter till size of peas. Add egg to milk and stir into flour mixture, stirring till dough follows fork around bowl. Knead lightly on floured board. Roll out to 1/2” thick into and 8” square. Cut into squares or diamonds. Bake 450º till lightly browned. 10 minutes.
