2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Cut butter into dry ingredients. Stir milk into mixture with fork. Knead lightly. Drop on sheet. Bake at 450º for 12 to 15 minutes.
