1 cake yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
3 eggs, well-beaten
4 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in warm water and 1 tsp. sugar. Mix eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, butter, salt and cup of warm water. Add yeast mixture. Stir in flour and mix well. Set in warm place to raise to double in bulk. Put mixture in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, divide into 4 parts. Roll in pie shape 1/4” thick. Cut into 12 pie shape pieces. Spread with melted butter and roll from outside to point. Let raise 4 hours. Bake at 350º for 15 to 18 minutes.
