2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well-beaten
8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Add butter, sugar, eggs, 4 c. flour and salt. Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator overnight or until needed. When ready to use, punch down. Use as much as wanted. Dough will keep 2 or 3 days. Bake 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
