1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, beat well until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Alternately add dry ingredients and bananas. Grease loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
