1 1/2 CUPS OF SUGAR, 1 CUP OF BUTTER SOFTEN. 2 EGGS 1 1/2 tsp VANILLA. 3 TBSP OF SOUR CREAM. 3 CUPS OF FLOUR 1/2 tsp OF SODA. 1/2 tsp of SALT.... GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR TO THE BUTTER, CREAM UNTIL FLUFFY,BEAT IN EGGS, ONE AT A TIME. ADD BUTTER AND VANILLA. STIR IN FLOUR WITH SODA AND SALT. MIX WELL, CHILL OVER NIGHT. USING A SMALL AMOUNT OF DOUGH AT A TIME, ROLL OUT 1/8 INCH THICK ON A LIGHTLY FLOURED BOARED. ROLL INTO A 1/2 BALL..THEN PLACE ONTO A UNGREASED PAN BUT YOU NEED TOO TAKE A FLAT BOTTOM GLASS CUP TOO MAKE THE SUGAR COOKIE COMPLETE. DIP INTO THE REAL SUGAR, AND PLACE UN THE COOKIE SHEET. PUT THE OVEN RACK ON THE 2ND SHELF FROM BOTTOM. THEN BAKE AT 375 DEGRESS, BUT WATCH THESE COOKIES ARE VERY TRICKY.......IF YOU NEED HELP CALL DEBBIE ENJOY THESE COOKIES YOU CAN ALSO YOU THESE FOR CHRISTMAS TIME BAKE AND DECORTE ANY COLOR./.. AND FLAVOR PLEASE ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
