1 POUND OF HAM FROM DELI, ALITTLE THICKER THEN NORMAL. SLICES, DRY THE HAM WITH PAPER TOWELS, AND 1 JAR OF PICKLE SPEARS, DRAIN AND DRY THEM OUT.THEN ADD CREAM CHEESE SPREAD ALL OVER AND THEN ADD THE PICKLE SPEAR, THEN ROLLAND PUT IN FRIDGE TILL NEXT DAY AND SLICE THEM AND SERVE . PUT ON A PLATTER ENJOY......DEBBIE OSTER
