2 pkg frozen baby shrimp - defrosted and drained
1 small can crushed pineapple - drained ( save juice)
3/4-1 cup finely sliced celery
1 tps finely sliced onion
1 can sliced waterchestnuts - drained - can chop fine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.

Dressing:
Mircle Whip
Pineapple juice (just a little bit)
Combine all together
Chill at least one hour

Serve on lettuce leaves
