2 PKGS. OF 8oz. cream cheese soften, 1 jar of sliced green olives chopped. 1 onion chopped 1 cup of sherred colby cheese. mix together very well, then put in freezer for 10 minutes. then put butter on your hands and make 2 round medium cheese balls. chop up very fine walnuts in chopper and put on a foil and roll all around till covered, then put into another double foil, and add sliced green olives for garnish. and put into the fridge. serve with your best crackers...everyone will love this.......debbie oster
