Mix: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts Spread into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 min. Blend: 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Fold in: 2 c. cool whip *spread mixture over baked crust mix: 2 1/2 c. milk 1 large pkg Lemon instant pudding * spread over cream cheese mixture
Follow directions above. Allow to set. Cover with remaining cool whip.
