10 medium red potatoes
1 medium onion (chopped)
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and onion in crock pot. Blend sour cream, soup, and butter in a bowl. Add to potato mix. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
