4 cups apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and sugar, let sit for 1 hour. Mix flour, baking soda, and spices. Set aside. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and apples. Combine flour mixture with the egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake in Bunt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
