12 vanilla wafers
2- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 foil muffin liners
Directions:
Directions:
Place 12 foil muffin liners in muffin tin. Put one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on med speed until well blended, add eggs and mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 325º for 25 min. When cool remove from pan and chill. Top with preserves, pie filling, chocolate, etc.
