1 box Velveeta Cheese (cut up in small squares)
2 TBSP. Mayonnaise
1 heaping TBSP. Jalapeņo Peppers (cut up)
1 TBSP. Sugar
2 TBSP. Pimento Pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Let the Velveeta cheese set out at room temp for a few minutes, mix the cheese, mayonnaise, pimento, sugar and Jalapeņo peppers together using a food processor, if you do not have a food processor then use a blender and put it on chop fine, mix till thoroughly blended, you may need to add more mayonnaise to get the spread at a smooth consistency so you can spread it on bread easily, just use your judgment.

If you just want plain pimento cheese spread, do not add the peppers. My Aunt would make this for me when I was growing up and I loved it.
