4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 c chicken broth
1 c sliced carrots
1 c sliced celery
1 c chopped onion
5 flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in broth in covered pan until done. Remove meat. Add vegetables to broth and boil for 10 minutes. Tear tortillas into bite sized pieces. Shredd chicken. Drop tortilla pieces into broth and cook at rolling boil for 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk, soup, chicken. Cover and simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes)
