2 C oat bran
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 c skim milk
1/2 c applesauce
2 egg whites beaten
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture. Add milk and next 4 ingredients, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter evenly into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling three-fourths full. Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes.
