1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 T salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake on hot griddle.
