1 c finely chopped walnuts
1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c water
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c vegetable oil



Glaze:
1 c sugar
1/4 c water
1/4 c butter
1/2 c rum

Serves: 10-12
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Grease tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Pour cake batter on top of nuts. Bake as directed on cake box. Cool in the pan, turn over to remove from pan and cool again until cold. Pierce small holes all over cake.
Glaze:
Bring sugar, water and butter to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add rum and pour over cake while hot.
