6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
24 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes in 1-inch cubes. Place 1/2 in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half of salt, pepper, and bacon. Top with half of sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions.
