6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
24 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes in 1-inch cubes. Place 1/2 in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half of salt, pepper, and bacon. Top with half of sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 º for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions.
