1 c moist coconut
1 c brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1/2 c slivered almonds
2 1/2 c Rice Chex, crushed after measure

Preparation Time: 1 hour

Melt butter and add sugar, blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except ice cream). Spread 1/2 mixture to bottom of 9x13 dish. Spread ice cream on mixture and top with remaining mixture. Freeze at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
