2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
4 c. cooked chicken pieces (3 breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese

Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Put broccoli on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Spread chicken on top. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Combine cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (may need to cover last 15 minutes if topping burns).
