1/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups water
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and flour together and caramelize (turns a caramel color). Add water. Boil till caramel is melted. Add evaporated milk. Heat through. Serve over carrot pudding.
