12 slices white bread trim crust off and cut into quarters
1 pkg (20 oz) chopped broccoli cooked
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
lb ham chopped

6 eggs
3 cup milk
tsp dry mustard
2 TBSP minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13 x 9 baking dish, arrange 6 slices of bread on bottom. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and top with remaining bread. Beat together egg mixture, pour over ingredients in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
