2-3 lbs scored flank steak
Garlic powder to taste
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in plastic zip lock bag, marinade steak for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning over. Grill steak approximately 8 minutes per side.
