1 cup medium grain brown rice
2 cups boiling water
1 TBSP unsalted butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in 8x8 square glass baking dish with butter and salt. Add boiling water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Comes out perfect!
