8 frozen hash brown patties
1 - 8 oz thinly sliced ham chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup egg substitute
1 tsp ground mustard
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place patties in 13 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with ham, 1 cup cheese. Combine milk, soup, egg, mustard, pepper, pour over cheese. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncover sprinkle remaining cheese, bake 20-25 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes.
