¾ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
4 TBSP sour cram
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup walnuts (optional)
1 cup mashed ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and sour cream. Add flour and baking soda and mix. Add nuts and bananas, mix well. Bake in prepared 2 ½ lb loaf pans or 1 1lb loaf pan or bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
