Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped/minced white onion
about 2-3 tbsp. garlic salt
pre-packaged coleslaw mix
egg-roll wrappers
canola or vegetable oil
favorite oriental sauce for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground turkey, onions and garlic salt in a skillet. Drain and put in a large bowl. Add however much coleslaw mix to the turkey. (Preferably more coleslaw mix than turkey.) Take an egg-roll wrapper and with your finger, wet the edges of the wrapper with water. Place about 1/4 a cup of turkey-coleslaw mixture diagonally across the egg-roll wrapper. Fold the wrapper with the mixture inside carefully and tight (without ripping a hole) like an egg -roll. Place the egg-roll in HOT oil, and fry until light brown. If the oil is not very hot, then it will take longer to cook, the oil will soak into the spring-roll, and therefore, make the spring-roll very greasy. Serve hot or cold with your favorite dipping sauce.
