Butter
Parsley
Garlic
Mayo - Real (not lowfat)
Lemon Juice
Romano Cheese
Sourdough Bread Loaf (Long)

Directions:
Directions:
GARLIC BUTTER - 1/2 cup butter (soft), 1 tsp. parsely - chopped, and 1/8 tsp. fresh garlic, minced.

ROMANO SAUCE - 1 c. Mayo, 1 T. lemon juice, 1 T. parsley, and 3 c. Romano cheese, grated medium

Prepare garlic butter by combining butter, parsley, and garlic. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the Romano Sauce by hand. Blend the mix to a smooth, paste-like consistency, but do not break up the cheese.

Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise so that you are left with two long loaves.

Spread the garlic butter over the loaves on the non-crust side, then spread the cheese mix over it.

Bake on a baking sheet in a 400-degree oven until golden brown (about 20-minutes or so).

Cut in to slices and serve warm.
